As of January 2026, we are still working on improving our property. Construction should be complete by early spring. Please call us for the latest details.

While it is the Oregon Coast, and you can certainly expect rainy days (even in the summertime), there are still lots of things to do during inclement weather. In room, you can always watch a movie or play board games with your friends and family. If you’re looking to get out and about, enjoy our on-site pool and game room, or head out to town for a wide variety of activities. Test your luck at the casino, head to the local spa for a massage, or catch a film at the Bijou Theatre. The ocean views are still equally beautiful rain or shine!
A reservation deposit consisting of the first night’s rent, plus tax, is due immediately at time of booking. If a reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival, payment will be forfeited. Cancelations with less than 14 day notice will result in 50% loss of the total cost of the reservation. If canceled prior to 14 days of arrival a full refund will be given less the $25 cancellation fee. All reservations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee no matter when it is cancelled. Unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day.
If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 541-264-7063 or email us at reservations@surftidesplaza.com. We are unable to answer the phone 24 hours a day, but if you leave a message we will be certain to return your call. We respond very well to text messages, too. Since it is a private rental, we will do our best to address any concerns you might have over the phone, and send someone to help you if additional assistance is absolutely necessary.
You’ll begin your stay with a starter supply of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels and coffee. In each bathroom you’ll have about four bath towels, two hand towels and four washcloths. You are on your own for toiletries beyond the starter supply. Please bring your own towels for any river activities you pursue.
Yes, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. everyday, and are enforced by the City of Lincoln City. Admittedly, Surftides Plaza is an older community and not entirely soundproof, so sometimes even footsteps can be heard through the ceiling. We ask you to be mindful of how much noise you are making even during regular hours and to be considerate of your neighbors.
No, smoking is not permitted except in designated areas outside of the building. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in units, including balconies. Violators may be charged a $250 fee, and asked to vacate.
Some of our units allow pets which will be clearly indicated on each listing. There is a $250 penalty for bringing a pet to a non-pet unit. There is a $69 pet fee, with a two pet maximum.
Unfortunately, no. We can never agree to let you in early, because a guest will likely be leaving the morning of your arrival, and we need every hour between their departure and the time you get here to have the condo clean and tidy for your enjoyment. Check-in is 4 p.m.
Likewise, late check outs compromise our ability to have the condo ready for the next guests, so we are unable to let you stay past the contractual end of your rental at 11 a.m. Even if there currently is no guest scheduled to enter the condo on the day of your departure, it is still available for someone else to rent, and often we take same-day reservations.
Yes, grab some wood at one of the grocery stores in town and roast some smores!
