Here are five quick things to know before you arrive:
1. You’ll have a full kitchen—so plan accordingly
Each of our individually owned condos comes with a fully stocked kitchen, complete with cookware, dishes, utensils, and the essentials you need to whip up breakfast, reheat leftovers, or prepare a full-on feast.
With a full-size fridge, working stove, and ocean views from your table, you can cook (or reheat) meals on your own schedule—no need to leave if you don’t want to. You can bring your own groceries and save money on meals, or you may prefer to skip cooking altogether and head out to one of our many local restaurants nearby. Your call!
2. Check-in is quick and easy
You won’t need to stop by the front desk or wait in line to get your keys. Before your stay, we’ll email you a unique code that works on the electronic lock at your specific condo. That means you can check in anytime after 4 PM without dealing with lobby counters, paperwork, or rushed arrival windows.
In other words: no stress, no wait, no awkward small talk. Just head straight to your unit and start vacationing.
3. There’s free parking—and it’s right out front
Every reservation includes access to our onsite parking lot, which is free and located just steps from the building. No permits, no meters, no circling side streets like a seagull on the hunt. Just park and walk to your unit or straight down to the beach!
4. We’re one block from the beach—and every unit has an ocean view
You can walk to the sand in just a few minutes. We’re tucked just a block up from beach access, which makes it easy to pop down for a morning stroll or a sunset walk. Better yet, all of our condos face the ocean—so even when you’re not on the beach, you’ll still see the waves.
Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony or watching the tide roll in from the couch, you’ll feel connected to the coast the whole time you’re here.
5. Pack like a pro
The weather on the Oregon Coast likes to keep you on your toes. That’s part of the charm! Be sure to pack for layers:
- A windbreaker or raincoat
- Sweatshirts
- Comfy socks
- Shoes that can handle wet sand or a bit of gravel
- Snacks (always)
If you’re planning to cook, we recommend bringing groceries with you—especially if you arrive later in the day. Otherwise, Lincoln City has plenty of nearby markets and restaurants (see our restaurant guide for ideas).
